  • When will my order be shipped out?
    As all orders are made to order to ensure freshness, please allow us 5-7 business days before arriving at your door step.
  • Where do you ship to?
    All addresses in Singapore except PO boxes, Changi Airport, Alps Ave, Sentosa & Jurong Island.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    All delivery is at a flat rate of $5 (courier delivery). We offer free courier delivery for orders above $60.
  • How do I track my order?
    You can track your order with the tracking details and links sent in the email when your order is dispatched. There will be 3 consecutive attempts over 3 working days. There will be no delivery on Sundays & PHs.
  • What are your payment modes?
    Currently, we only accept PAYNOW.
  • Can I return an item I bought?
    We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items sold.
  • Can I amend an order?
    Unfortunately, amendments or cancellations can’t be made once an order has been placed. We always want to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it’s sent for processing as soon as an order is placed.
  • There is an issue with my order.
    We are sorry to hear about this. Contact us via Instagram DM or reach us at woofworthysg@gmail.com. Please quote your order number when submitting an enquiry.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    No. You can purchase any amount that is suitable for your pups.
  • How should I keep these treats and chews?
    Preferably in an air tight container. Refrigerate when not in use & store in freezer for extended shelf life. Best consumed within 2 months (1 month for shishamo) from date of manufacture.
  • How much treat can my pups have?
    As a rough guide, treats should only make up 10% of your pups’ daily calories, complementary to a balanced diet and as part of the daily food intake. Always ensure fresh filtered water is made available.
  • Is it safe for them to chew on necks and feet?
    Yes it is safe but always supervise your pups when feeding any treats or chews. In case they get too excited and try to swallow it whole
  • Does Woof Worthy treats contain any additives or preservatives?
    No, all of our treats and chews are entirely free of any additives, chemicals, fillers or preservatives.
  • Why should I feed my pups dehydrated treats?
    Dehydrated treats provide a combination of essential nutrients to maintain and restore your pups' health.
  • Are Woof Worthy treats suitable for cats?
